With hearts full of gratitude and devotion, we joyfully invite you to the Closing Celebration of our Annual 10-Day Rosary Devotion on Tuesday, October 28th at 6:30 PM.
Come and be part of a beautiful evening of faith, unity, and love as we gather for a special International/Multilingual Rosary, followed by Benediction of the Blessed Sacrament. Let us raise our voices in many languages, yet with one heart, to honor Our Blessed Mother Mary and draw closer to Our Lord Jesus Christ.
We are pleased to announce that we will be hosting an International Exhibition: “Miracles of the Eucharist Across the World”, on Saturday, August 30th through Sunday, September 7th, in the Parish Hall. This powerful exhibition was originally created by Blessed Carlo whom Pope Leo XIV will canonize as a saint on September 7.
ANOINTING OF THE SICK: “Is anyone among you sick? He should summon the presbyters of the church, and they should pray over him and anoint [him] with oil in the name of the Lord…” St. James 5:14
The Sacrament of the Anointing of the Sick extends the healing of Jesus Christ. We will have the Anointing of the Sick every Second Friday of the month after 8:30 am Mass. If you or someone you know is seriously ill at home or in the hospital, the priest will bring the Holy Eucharist and administer the Anointing of the Sick. To request the Anointing of the Sick for yourself or a loved one, please contact the parish office (409) 883 2883.

Chicago born Robert Francis Cardinal Prevost has been elected as the 267th Bishop of Rome. He has taken the name Leo XIV. Please join us in praying for our new pope, Pope Leo XIV, and for his papacy.
O God, who in your providential design willed that your Church be built upon blessed Peter, whom you set over the other Apostles, look with favor, we pray, on Leo XIV, our Pope and grant that he, whom you have made peter’s successor, may be for your people a visible source and foundation of unity in faith and of communion. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, your Son, who lives and reigns with you in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.
Parishioners of St. Mary and St. Therese: We pray for our seminarians daily. However, they also need our financial support in order to continue on their journey to the priesthood. The weekend of May 11th has been designated as Good Shepherd Sunday. The collection at all Masses that weekend will be used to financially support the young men studying to be priests. Please be generous! Your support is much an appreciated!
